Gratuity is greatly appreciated for Aesthetic Services, this will be the client's choice on how much they would like to leave for the Aesthetician.
We encourage clients to schedule appointments in advance. Same day reservations and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability. To avoid the $25.00 no show/ no call appointment and late cancellation fees, please call our office a day before your scheduled appointment.
Vitalize Med Spa reserves the right to secure ANY/ ALL reservations with a major credit or debit card.
We reserve the right to collect a security deposit of 50% of any services with any major debit or credit card. Any deposit collected for a reservation and a client does not adhere to our cancellation policy, the $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged and any remaining deposit will go back on the card that was provided.
Vitamin Therapy & Minors Policy
You must be 18 years and older. Anyone under the age of 18 must have the parent/ guardian consent and parent must stay with minor. Anyone 15 & under is NOT permitted even with the consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Aesthetics & Minor Policy
Anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a legal parent/guardian. For children 12-14 parents must be present in the room at all times and for the ages of 15-17 parent must be on site.
We recommend clients to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to their appointments so that they have time to check in, change clothes (if here for aesthetic services) and fill out any paperwork if needed.
For Aesthetic services i.e. facials, micro-needling, microdermabrasion you'll want to wear casual attire that easily slips off and on with no problem. We ask that you remove all Jewelry prior to treatment. We will provide a spa wrap for you to change into.
Beardless men receiving a facial are encouraged to shave a day or evening prior to the treatment.
Gift certificates are available for purchase. Our minimum purchase requirement is $50. Gift certificates are nonrefundable but can be transfered to another person.
We gladly accept merchandise for exchange or store credit (except supplements) within 7 days of the initial purchase date with original reciept.
Pricing, Polices and services offered are subject to change anytime without notice. There will be NO REFUND on services that have already been provided. If you have purchased a package the remaining amount of services will be refunded if it hasn't reached the expiration date.
Any packages purchased are good for 1 year from the initial date of purchase unless stated otherwise due to promotion or sale.
