Vitalize Med Spa (VMS) is integrated inside an Internal Medicine clinic which is owned and operated by Physicians that work here every day.  It was an established as an extension to the Primary Care clinic to provide care to all the patients to make them feel great inside and out from a medical perspective.

Dr. Nadir started doing Botox and Filler treatments after she obtained her Cosmetic Injector License as a Physician in 2015.  She became passionate about it due the effectiveness of Medical Aesthetic Treatments for overall wellbeing of her patients.

As part of Vitalize Nation, we are incredibly unique in our industry.  We have Prescribing Providers within the same building at all times which is a requirement of the State of Arizona for several treatments done at any Med Spa. 

In addition to be fully trained and certified from Esthetic and Laser Schools, our Aestheticians work with Physician Assistants (PA), Nurse Practitioners (NP), and Medical Doctors (MD) every day to get a better understanding of how to treat skin issues from medical and physiology perspectives. 

Through the relationship of Dr. Nadir’s American Medical Associates (AMA), our staff can connect with Dermatologists, Hematologists, and many other specialists to consult with for your skin care concerns as needed.

We are not a beauty salon.  We look at skin care in many different levels.  We like to work with our patients and clients that have underlying skin issues which we work on to resolve and help with feel great about themselves.

In our Aesthetics suite, we use our SO Esthetics device to perform various skin care and facial treatments. This device contains 7 different hand pieces each with their own purpose and benefit to your skin.

Over in our Laser suite, we have two different advanced laser machines. We offer treatments with our Skinfinity RF laser and our Alma Rejuve laser. 

• Our Skinfinity RF laser uses radio Frequency to create microscopic thermal injuries to the deep tissue layers of your skin. Stimulating collagen and expediting the skins natural healing process, these results in the reduction of fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring, enlarged pores, hyper pigmentation, and helps improve the overall appearance of the skins tone and texture.
• Our Alma Rejuve laser contains two different interchangeable hand pieces one for Laser Hair Removal and one for IPL Photo facial Treatments. The main target for these hand pieces is pigment, browns, yellows and reds.
• The LHR hand piece targets melanin in each hair follicle, destroying the follicle each treatment.
• The IPL hand piece targets melanin in your skin, pulling any deep hyper pigmentation to the surface, this process is called micro crusting with eventually leads to the elimination of unwanted pigment.

We use medical grade skincare lines here at Vitalize Med Spa.  After receiving treatments, we want to provide the most effective products for at home use ensuring ultimate continuous results.
